Our Story

A Local Company That Puts People First

Smitty's Oil wasn't founded in a boardroom — it was built right here in Amite, one homeowner at a time. What started as a one-truck operation has grown into the region's most trusted heating fuel provider, but the philosophy hasn't changed: show up on time, deliver what you promise, and treat every customer like a neighbor.

When you call Smitty's, you're not routed to a call center. You're speaking with someone who knows your street, your tank size, and what it takes to keep your family comfortable through a Louisiana winter. That's the difference a locally owned company makes.
